This Privacy Policy outlines the practices of Yabo Inc. (along with its subsidiaries—referred to as “Yabo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in relation to the collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of personal information as follows:

(i) User Information: The personal information we gather, manage, and process on behalf of the individuals who use our services (“Users”), which is submitted to Yabo's cloud services. This includes our platforms, products, applications, application programming interfaces (“APIs”), tools, and any additional or complementary services offered by Yabo, whether online or through mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

As a “data processor,” we handle such User Information under the direction of the User, in line with our Data Processing Agreement with them.

This Privacy Policy, which details Yabo's independent privacy and data handling practices as a “data controller,” applies to the Platform, our websites (the “Sites”), and any other services provided by Yabo to Users (“Services”). It does not pertain to the processing of User Information.

Information Collection & Management

In this Privacy Policy, “personal information” refers to details that can identify, relate to, describe, be associated with, or be linked to an individual, either directly or indirectly. This does not include aggregated or anonymized data that cannot be reasonably linked to an individual.

We collect and generate the following types of personal information in connection with the Services:

Data related to usage and device information of our Users:

This includes connection, technical, and usage data such as IP addresses, general location estimates derived from IP addresses, device and application information (e.g., type, operating system, mobile device or app ID, browser version, location and language settings), activity logs, and tracking pixels installed or used on your device. We also record the activities (sessions, clicks, feature usage, logged actions, and other interactions) of Users in relation to our Services.

This information is collected automatically, often through analytics tools, which track how often Users visit or use the Sites, the pages they access, the source that led them to our Sites, and how Users engage with the Platform and its features.

Information Use & Legal Justifications

We utilize personal information to fulfill our contractual obligations to provide the Services (“Contractual Necessity”); to meet legal and contractual requirements (“Compliance with Law”); and to pursue our legitimate interests in enhancing and maintaining our Services. This includes understanding Service usage and campaign performance, optimizing resource allocation, marketing and selling our Services, providing customer support, and safeguarding our Users, our operations, and the Services (“Legitimate Business Interests”).

Information Retention

We retain personal information for the duration necessary to foster and develop our relationship with you and to deliver our Services and offerings; to fulfill legal and contractual duties; or to safeguard against potential disputes, in accordance with our data retention policy and at our discretion. The retention period is determined by considering the volume, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes of processing, and legal requirements. Information Sharing

Personal information may be shared under the following circumstances:

Public Feedback: If you provide a public review or feedback, we may, at our discretion, retain and display your review on our Sites and Services. To remove a public review, contact us at edmeeryley@gmail.com. When you invite others to use our Services via email or message, we may send these invitations using the contact information you provide, which may include your name and email address.

Sale of Data: We want to clarify that we do not sell user personal data. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your information and have no current plans or business models involving the sale of your data.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose personal information to authorities in response to subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, or similar legal demands, or to comply with applicable laws. Disclosure may occur if we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, prevent or address illegal activities or fraud, or protect the security and integrity of our products and Services.

We will inform users in advance of any changes to our data sharing practices, especially if there are any new scenarios involving the potential sharing of personal data.

Communications

We communicate about Services and promotions via email, phone, SMS, and notifications.

Service Communications: We may inform you about important Service updates, such as changes to our Services, billing issues, login attempts, or password resets. You can manage these communications in your User Profile settings. However, some Service communications are essential and cannot be opted out of.

Promotional Communications: We may inform you about new features, offers, events, and opportunities. You can opt out of promotional communications by emailing edmeeryley@gmail.com, changing your preferences in your User Profile settings, or following the instructions in the promotional messages.

Data Security

We implement industry - standard security measures, including encryption, to protect personal information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Subject Rights

To exercise your privacy rights under applicable law, such as accessing, correcting, or deleting your personal information, restricting processing, objecting to processing, or receiving a copy or porting your data, contact us at edmeeryley@gmail.com. If you are a GDPR - protected individual, you also have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

Users have the right to know if their personal data is shared or sold. We will provide this information in a clear and understandable manner through regular updates to this privacy policy and additional notifications within the service when relevant changes occur.

Users also have the right to opt - out of any potential future sale of their personal data. If such a situation were to arise, we will provide a clear and easy - to - use opt - out mechanism within the user interface.

To opt - out of sharing of personal data in specific scenarios (such as for promotional purposes), users can follow the existing procedures as described above. For other potential sharing scenarios that may arise in the future, we will notify users and provide an appropriate opt - out option.

You may appoint an authorized agent to exercise your privacy rights. To do so, email us with the necessary authorization. We may request additional information to verify your identity and the agent's authority.

Please note that when you request the exercise of your rights, we may guide you through the process in your User Profile settings, refer you to your Account Admin, or require additional information to process your request properly.

We may redact personal or confidential information about others from the data we provide.

Additional Notices

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on our Services. The revised version will be effective upon posting. We will notify you of material changes, such as by displaying a notice within the Services or sending an email. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance.

For users in Virginia, this privacy policy complies with the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA). We respect the rights of Virginia users under this law and will handle user requests regarding privacy rights in accordance with VCDPA requirements.
